Egalitarianism – (derived from the French word égal, meaning “equal”) is a progressive/liberal political doctrine that holds that all people should be treated as equals and have the same political, economic, social, and civil rights, and a social philosophy advocating the removal of economic inequalities among people. Apparently, this philosophy would have humanity revert back to a state similar to the society that existed among hunter/gatherers as the only “socially equitable” or “socially just” solution. It is clearly unworkable and devolutionary to thinking adults like us, but serves as an ideal for the left/liberal/progressive to steal wealth from the right and redistribute to the voting block on the left under the guise of some kind of social philanthropy.
