The Supreme Court does not have a choice, but to throw out the entire Healthcare Bill. The first reason was that it was passed improperly. On the Congressional members own admission, they did not know what was included in the bill; prior to voting on this Healthcare Bill. That is called ‘Taxation without Representation’. The second reason : The Manager’s Amendment that was added to the Senate Bill in the 11th -hour allowed for a direct appropriation of funds for Community Health Centers AKA Federally qualified Health Centers for a total of (7) Billion dollars Ref.Sec. 10503 on page 2355 of H>R. 3590. Obviously, the Hyde Amendment was left out purposely, therefore, this Bill would not protect the Taxpayer. This is another area of ‘Taxation without Representation’. This all happened after the House of Representatives sent the Bill to the Senate after a previous “Reconciliation” . The Senate changed the Bill by adding the Managers Amendment in the dark of the night of Christmas Eve 24, 2009. After that , Senator Ted Kennedy died and was replaced by Scott Brown in the Senate. Then by March 23, 2010 when the House was suppose to Reconcile the Bill and send it back to the Senate for an up and down vote to finalize the Bill, Pelosi knew that Scott Brown would vote against the Bill and that the Democrats no longer had a filibuster proof Senate, so Pelosi and her friend Slaughter decided to change the Constitutional Rules on the process of passing a Bill . They proceeded to “Deem the Bill Passed” and then they worked out the details after it was sent to the President for his signature. Pelosi told the House that they had to vote on the Bill before they knew what was in the Bill. That alone is Unconstitutional on it face, but worst yet, she with her minions knew that elective abortion was in the Healthcare Bill and they all denied it when they were point blank asked. These denials were made by President Obama, Vice President Biden, House of Representative , Pelosi, The Head of Health & Human Service, Sebelius, which was a blatant Lie. ( the proof is all on video. That alone should nullify the Healthcare Reform Bill aka Obamacare Bill; the whole process of the “Deemed Passed Bill” was Unconstitutional so it should have been null and void, therefore, “Deemed Moot” The question must be asked, what other bill has Congress “Deemed Passed” which has transferred ; 1/6 of the entire public sector money, into the hands and total control by the Government??
